Introduction

Your being happy with your order is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will repair or replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products you order from KAINENE FASHION TECH LTD.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION FULLY ON YOUR PRODUCT PRIOR TO MAKING A PURCHASE. SOME PRODUCTS REQUIRE A SPECIFIED DURATION OF TIME TO SHIP.  WE CAN NOT CHANGE THAT TIME OR SPEED IT.


7-DAY Money Back Guarantee

  1. If at any time within 7 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied due to any defect in the product received, you may return it to us for a refund or a replacement.
  2. The product must be returned in good condition, in original boxes and tags, with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
  3. You may return most new, unopened products within 7-days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e., where you received an incorrect or defective product, etc.).
  4. After seven (7) days, we are not able to refund or exchange any products. 
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or the original method of payment.
  6. You can usually expect to receive your refund within 7 - 10 days of returning your product, depending upon your Financial Institution.
  7. Where there is a late or missing refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kedu@kainene.com.
  8. We are not able to accept returns due to Customer simply changing their mind about product, not liking the fit or wanting to change to a different color or style or size.
  9. All custom shirts, designs or styles and accessories are made when ordered. Hence, there are no returns on these custom products. Please double check your size. There are no returns on our hand tailored tie sets.
  10. Please note, we are not responsible for products damaged during transit by the international courier service providers.
  11. If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the Website (or if it is missing any accessories), please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 7-10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference)
  12. For all made to measure or bespoke dresses, please note that we do not guarantee that the exact print or fabric used in our illustrations would be available when an order is made. However, we will do our best to deliver something that is very close. You will have to confirm the alternative print or fabric before we go ahead with the sewing. Once we have agreed, you cannot change your mind.


Exchanges

  1. Subject to this Policy, we may offer exchanges only for same product-different size. That is, if the product does not fit as expected and you'd like a different size, we will exchange the same product for a different size but only if the size you prefer is in stock; we will exchange your product—provided it is not a custom-made order. If it's out-of-stock, we will NOT issue you a refund or make an exchange unless in the unlikely event that the sizing issue happened to be our Tailor’s error.
  2. Since all clothing has a different type of make, each product has its own individual size chart. The size chart can be found for each product either in the products description or you may find it in the products row of photos or during checkout. Please check your measurements against the size chart provided for the product prior to placing an order. You also have the option of booking for one of our Tailors to come measure you, although this is charged differently.
  3. We are not able to accept returns due to Customer simply changing their mind about product, not liking the fit or wanting to change to a different color or style.
  4. There are no returns on Clearance or Sales Products. These sales are final.
  5. Due to shipping costs, there are no exchanges on international orders. But if your product arrives defective, please contact us and we will make alternate arrangements to remedy your situation. We do not accept international returns unless the product is proven to have a manufacturer defect. Each case will be examined and processed by our Returns Department.
  6. We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects
  7. What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances
  8. The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:
  • faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product.
  • damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product.
  • damage arising from unauthorized alterations to the product; and
  • where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you


Placing a Return Request

If you need to return a product, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Product(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned product.

Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. Returns that do not meet above requirements will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense so please call any of the numbers in the contact page of our website prior to return if you have any questions.


Charges

  1. If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all the accessories that were sold with that product, we are entitled (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return, only to replace the product that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned product.
  2. If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse us for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
